Housewarming is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: King of The Hill, given to Miklos Lipton by Jenni Taylor.
Plot
Miklos comes back to Thomas' apartment where he finds Jenni and Thomas somewhat frightened. Jenni has told Thomas her story, who in turn foments panic by telling how brutal and dangerous Marabunta Grande, Jenni's kidnappers, are.
Miklos tries to calm them down, telling there's no way Marabunta knows where Jenni is and Thomas lives. But what do you know, at the same second they arrive to the scene. Miklos then protects the house by killing all the attacking Marabunta gangsters.
Now Marabunta knowing where Thomas lives, Miklos calls Alan Nazarian and asks him to let them use one of his assets as a new safehouse. Alan gives them a house in Strawberry, and they move there.
Miklos promises to protect Jenni, as it looks like she's going have to live with cousins Lipton for a while.

- Alan: Alright, I gave you a house, so the least you could do in return is pay the rent. By helping me, of course.
