Conner Mann is former Agent of the Bureau of Narcotics and major characters in Grand Theft Auto: New Leaf.
Biography[]
Conner assists Sam and Tristan raid Vincent's mansion in Twine Heights before they are forced out of the city by the Mob. Sam and Enzo stay with Conner and later Conner has Sam go to Ian Zhuang's Farm and chase off the squatters before capturing Ian and taking him to jail. He is later present when she is recruited for the FIB CyberCrime Division by Cecilia Cassidy and even gives her tips when she works with Florence.
