Alessandro Urbano is a main character and the deuteragonist of Grand Theft Auto: Vertigo.
Biography
Alessandro Urbano is one of the most high-ranking and influential underbosses of the Messina Crime Family. He's been involved in the Liberty City Mafia businesses for over 50 years (as of year 2005) and has gained the position of being a well respected elder of the Family.
Alessandro has one son, Benjamin "Benny" Urbano. Opposite to Alessandro's good old time values in life and business, Benjamin leads a reckless hedonistic lifestyle, much to his father's annoyance. Even though he doesn't admit it, deep down Alessandro blames himself for Benny's disrespectful attitude towards Messina leaders.
Alessandro was a close friends with Giorgio Timm's father until his death. Alessandro shares same kind of a friendship with Giorgio.
